Lee Jo Heum simplifies the human figure into a few basic shapes and stacks them in repetition. The gathered forms resemble how people come together to form a society, revealing both the sensibilities we share and the ways we grow through our connections.
Presented in collaboration with OverLab., known for its research-based curatorial practice, this session takes place at the Ha Jung Woong Museum of Art (Gwangju Museum of Art). Moderated by critic Kim Sung Woo, it invites audiences into a warm and open conversation about Lee Jo Heum's work.
