Group Reservation

Changes or cancellations to group reservations must be made three days in advance of the reservation date.

Admission Notice
  • * Please do not touch the artworks, including frames or supports.
  • * Smoking is not allowed in any area of the exhibition.
  • * Outside food/drink is prohibited.
  • * No pets are permitted (aside from trained service animals accompanying visitors with disabilities).
  • * For the safety of the artworks, luggage or large backpacks are not allowed into the exhibition.
  • * Flash photography, the use of a tripod, and any photography/videography for commercial purposes is prohibited. For press and other special photography, including film and videotape projects, please contact the PR & Business Department.
  • * Visitors of all ages are welcome to the exhibition, however families are requested to keep an eye on children at all times. Running or shouting is not permitted in the galleries. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • The exhibition includes video works and installations with sound. Please help us ensure all guests may experience the works, by keeping noise to a respectful level.
  • Please do not use cell phones in the galleries. If you receive or need to make a call, please step outside the gallery for the duration of your phone call.
  • ※ Visitors to the Gwangju Biennale are asked to adhere to the following guidelines and restrictions in order to protect the art and ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors.
